I was skeptical about the suction dial but it genuinely changes the feel depending on how far you turn it. Cleaning takes a bit longer than I'd like, though the reusable design makes it worth the extra minute.

The twist dial actually works — crank it up and the suction gets intense fast, which I wasn't expecting from something this compact. Cleaning takes a bit longer than I'd like, but the adjustable tightness makes it worth the extra minute.

Didn't expect the suction dial to matter this much, but tightening it down really changes the feel. Cleaning takes a bit longer than I'd like since you have to work around the internal bits. Still, for the price it's a solid upgrade over what I had before.
