The back is completely open aside from the adjustable tie, which makes it feel way more revealing than I expected in the best way. Wore it for an anniversary night and the plunge front stayed put all evening.
The lace is surprisingly soft and doesn't itch at all, which I was worried about with something this skimpy. The back is completely open except for the tie, so it's a bit of a faff to knot it myself, but once it's on the plunge front looks incredible.
