The magnetic tip clicks into place every time without me having to fiddle with the port, which is a huge relief for my phone that's seen better days. It charges just as fast as my old cable did, so there's no downside to the convenience.
The magnetic snap is satisfyingly strong, so my cable stays put on the nightstand without sliding off. I plugged it in blind in the dark last night and it clicked right into place first try, which is more than I can say for my old charger.
The magnetic tip snaps on perfectly every time, making it so much easier to charge one-handed in the dark. It’s saved me from constantly replacing worn-out ports on my devices.
