Wasn't sure about the wearable fit at first but it stays put through a whole yoga session, which honestly surprised me. The kegel mode is a nice bonus I didn't expect to actually use, and controlling everything from my phone beats fumbling with a remote.
The app finally connected on the third try, but once it synced the vibration patterns kept pace perfectly with the music I picked. The wearable fit stayed put even when I walked around the kitchen making dinner, which impressed me more than the kegel modes themselves.
The app pairing was surprisingly straightforward, and the wearable design stays in place well enough for hands-free use during the day. As a kegel exerciser, the vibration patterns give me real feedback on my contractions, which keeps me motivated to actually do them consistently.
