The stretchy material hugs everything without pinching, and I noticed the extra squeeze within the first few minutes. Wore it for about an hour and the fit stayed put the whole time. Honestly better than I expected for the price.
The stretch is way more forgiving than I expected, so it goes on easy without that pinching feeling. The ball sleeve part does exactly what it says and keeps everything pushed forward, though I wish the shaft section gripped a little tighter for my size.
